Pro Debit Authorization

Version: November 6, 2026

Version: November 6, 2026

Purpose and acceptance. This authorization is between the Pro accepting it and Penn Point Connect LLC, the company behind Texturr. It covers recovery of amounts the Pro lawfully owes under the Texturr Terms and applicable payment agreements. It is presented for affirmative acceptance during Stripe payout setup. It takes effect only when you accept it and complete any separate processor or payment-method consent required for the recovery method. Reading this page, linking a bank, or accepting an app license alone does not authorize a new debit.

Your authority. By accepting, you confirm you are an adult authorized to act for the Pro business and to authorize use of the designated connected account, bank account, or card. Provide accurate payment information and keep it current. Payment credentials are provided through the supported payment-provider flow, not through Help messages or public profile fields.

Amounts covered. You authorize recovery only of amounts you owe under accepted, disclosed terms: applicable platform and processing fees; applicable late-reschedule fees, including the additional $1 payable to Texturr where that rule applies; authorized refund or transfer reversals; chargebacks, disputes, and processor charges allocated to you under the applicable agreement; and optional Instant Payout fees you accept. Previously collected amounts must be credited, and a debt must not be recovered twice. This authorization does not create an undisclosed fee or penalty.

Same-day refunds. If you choose Send refund for an eligible client-canceled same-day booking, the client receives the deposit refund, Texturr keeps the booking fee, and you bear Stripe processing fees Stripe does not return. You authorize recovery of the resulting amounts you owe through the applicable tiers below. The refund confirmation identifies the amount and available funding information. An estimated funding source is not proof that a bank debit or reversal has succeeded.

Tier 1: connected Stripe balance. You authorize application of your available connected Stripe funds to amounts you owe, where Stripe and the charge model permit it. Stripe may also recover an eligible negative connected-account balance from your linked bank under its Connected Account Agreement, supported settings, and applicable authorization. The setting commonly called debit_negative_balances concerns Stripe’s supported negative-balance recovery; it does not independently authorize a separate Texturr ACH debit or card charge. Availability and timing depend on Stripe, the account, the bank, the country, and applicable law.

Tier 2: separately authorized bank or card recovery. If connected funds are insufficient, you authorize Texturr and its supported payment processor to recover an outstanding amount from the bank account or card you specifically designate for this purpose, but only after any payment-method-specific mandate, verification, and consent required by law or the processor have been completed. For ACH, the approved enrollment flow identifies the bank account, originator, debit purpose, amount or calculation, and applicable timing. For a card, the flow identifies the designated card, recovery purpose, amount or calculation, and permission for the applicable off-session charge. A bank authorization does not substitute for cardholder consent, and a saved card does not by itself authorize arbitrary charges.

Calculation and timing. Recovery is limited to the outstanding documented obligation, using the applicable booking, refund, dispute, reschedule, or payout record and subtracting prior collections. Event-based recovery may occur when that obligation becomes due under the accepted terms. A separate ACH mandate may further limit whether the debit is one-time or recurring and its amount or timing; those limits control. Texturr will not treat this page as a blank authorization for unlimited recurring debits.

Notice and records. We provide the applicable amount or calculation and event information through the relevant confirmation, payment record, or service notice. Where law or payment-network rules require advance notice of a variable amount or date, we provide that notice unless a valid, separately agreed arrangement lawfully changes it. You can request a copy of this authorization and relevant collection records through Help. Any bank statement description is subject to processor and bank limits. “Texturr Refund” may be used in internal records without guaranteeing that exact statement text.

Failures and administrator review. An insufficient balance may cause a refund, reversal, or collection attempt to fail or remain pending. Texturr may create an administrator flag identifying the Pro, booking, outstanding amount, reason, and collection status so the issue can be reviewed and addressed. A flag is not a completed collection. Retries, returned-payment charges, and alternative payment methods require the authority and limits applicable to that method; this authorization does not permit unlimited retries or undisclosed return fees.

Revocation. You may revoke future Texturr-initiated bank or card recovery by contacting in-app Help or the support options at texturr.app and identifying your account and the authorization you want to revoke. Do not send full bank or card numbers. Give notice early enough for the processor to stop a scheduled instruction, subject to applicable law. Stripe-managed recovery may also require following Stripe’s revocation or account-update process. We will explain the applicable steps and limitations. Revocation does not erase an amount already lawfully owed or automatically reverse a completed authorized payment.

Disputes and bank rights. Contact Help promptly if you believe a collection is incorrect or unauthorized. You retain applicable rights to contact your bank or card issuer, stop a payment, dispute an unauthorized transfer, and obtain remedies under law. Applicable deadlines may apply. Nothing here waives those rights or lets Texturr collect a debt twice. A valid billing dispute does not authorize Texturr to charge an unrelated payment method without consent.

Electronic acceptance and copies. Acceptance may be recorded electronically with the authorization version, identity, time, and relevant payment-provider record. You can retain this page and request a copy through Help. Where electronic-record law requires separate consent, the relevant flow must explain access requirements, paper-copy and withdrawal rights, contact updates, and consequences of withdrawal before obtaining that consent. An acceptance of general Terms is not a substitute for a separately required bank mandate or electronic-record disclosure.

Account deletion and privacy. Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not by itself revoke this authorization or cancel a lawful debt. You may request both deletion and revocation. Texturr limits ongoing processing to what is lawful and necessary and retains consent, payment, dispute, and collection records as explained at Privacy Policy. Stripe’s applicable agreements also govern its processing and retention.

Contact. Questions, revocation requests, copies, and disputes may be submitted through in-app Help or the support options at texturr.app. The applicable Terms are at Terms of Service.
