Delete Your Texturr Account

Texturr is operated by Penn Point Connect LLC, the company behind Texturr. You can request deletion of your Texturr account and associated personal information without reinstalling the app.

Request through the app Open **Settings → Account → Delete account** and follow the identity and confirmation steps. Older versions may show Delete account under **Settings → Privacy + Payments**. This submits a request for Texturr to process; it is not an immediate wipe.

Request on the web or through support Visit [texturr.app](https://texturr.app), sign in, and use the account-deletion control if available in your web account. You can also email [support@texturr.app](mailto:support@texturr.app) with the subject **Delete my Texturr account**, or use Help while signed in. Identify the account you want deleted using its username or account email. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or bank details. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. You do not have to reinstall the app to make this request.

What happens next Texturr reviews the request, verifies identity, and processes removal or de-identification of account information no longer needed. This includes addressing your public profile, associated uploaded files, and authentication access, and handling linked payment records through the applicable processor process. Upcoming bookings, refunds, disputes, or outstanding balances may require further handling. Contact support to check progress or ask about a delay; we respond within applicable legal deadlines.

Information that may remain Completed transaction records and information needed for tax, accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or other legal obligations may be retained for as long as needed for those purposes. Some reviews, communications, booking records, and audit records may remain where lawfully needed, with identifying information removed or reduced where appropriate. Restricted backups expire through their normal replacement cycle. Stripe may independently retain records under its legal obligations. See [Privacy Policy](/privacy) for details.

Deleting the app does not delete your account. A deletion request does not itself revoke a payment mandate or erase a lawful debt; ask support if you also want to revoke future payment authority. Necessary financial handling does not justify indefinite retention of unrelated personal information.
