Privacy Policy

Welcome. This Privacy Policy explains how Penn Point Connect LLC, the company behind Texturr collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, apps, and services, together called the Platform.
Information we collect. We collect account details such as name, email, phone number when supplied, username, account role, and eligibility or consent information. We collect profile and storefront content, including photos, galleries, services, prices, policies, availability, and social links you provide. We also collect booking history, payment and payout references, cancellations, refunds, reviews, messages, support requests, reports, device and usage information, and communication preferences.
Authentication. Supabase supports account authentication and account records. We use account identifiers and authentication information to sign you in, protect your account, and connect your bookings and settings. Keep your credentials private. Do not include passwords, full card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or public profiles.
Location and house calls. We use the location you enter, location search results, and location access you permit to support nearby discovery, service areas, travel fees, and mobile or house-call appointments. Device location may be more precise than a city or neighborhood, depending on your settings. You can decline device location and enter a location manually where the feature supports it. Address searches may be processed through Photon or OpenStreetMap-based geocoding services. A house-call address is used to arrange and perform the appointment and is shared with the relevant booking party as needed. Do not publish a home address in public content unless you intend it to be public. Address-masking options limit display where offered; they are not a promise that information you share directly cannot be seen or retained.
Payments. Stripe processes payments, connected-account onboarding, identity and payout verification, refunds, and authorized recovery of amounts owed. Texturr stores payment-related identifiers, amounts, fee breakdowns, transaction status, and limited payment-method information needed to operate the service. Texturr does not store full bank account or card numbers. Stripe may retain payment and verification information under its own legal obligations and privacy terms at Stripe’s privacy terms. A deletion request to Texturr does not require Stripe to erase records it must lawfully retain.
How we use information. We use information to operate accounts, storefronts, bookings, payments, and payouts; personalize Discover; communicate about services; display genuine reviews; calculate disclosed travel and booking charges; investigate fraud or abuse; respond to support requests; maintain security; understand and improve performance; and comply with legal obligations. Consent and acceptance records help establish which policies and payment authorizations apply. We do not use permission for one feature as permission for unrelated marketing.
Public information. Public storefronts, profile photos, service information, reviews, and other content you choose to publish may be visible to visitors, sharing services, and search engines. Information shared publicly may be copied or cached outside Texturr. Clients and Pros receive information about each other that is appropriate to a booking, communication, or dispute; they do not receive unrestricted access to unrelated account records.
Messages and safety. We store messages and reports to operate communication and safety features. Authorized personnel may review reported or automatically flagged conversations for support, abuse, fraud, or safety investigations, with safety-related access recorded. Do not assume messages are end-to-end encrypted or that every harmful message is detected. We may retain relevant evidence to investigate a report or meet a legal obligation.
Service providers. We share necessary information with providers supporting the Platform, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for payments and payouts; Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and security; and Resend for email delivery and delivery-status information. Location search services receive queries needed to return results. Browser and operating-system push services process subscription identifiers and notification delivery information. Hosting, diagnostics, analytics, and other operational services may process device, network, and usage information needed for their function. Remotely loaded resources, such as fonts, may also receive ordinary network information. Providers are expected to protect information under applicable agreements and law; their own terms may govern services they provide independently.
Other sharing. We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, to address fraud or safety risks, to protect rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer with appropriate safeguards. We limit disclosures to what is appropriate for the purpose. Any new use that requires additional notice or consent will receive it before that use begins.
Device data, cookies, and analytics. Cookies, local storage, session information, logs, and similar technologies help maintain sign-in, remember preferences, secure the service, and measure reliability and use. They may include IP address, browser or device details, pages or actions, and diagnostic events. You can manage browser storage and permissions, although disabling necessary functions may affect sign-in or other features. Where law requires consent for optional analytics or similar technologies, we will seek that consent. Where applicable law requires a sale, sharing, targeted-advertising, or universal opt-out choice, we will provide and honor that choice; this policy is not blanket consent for such activity.
Email, push, and SMS. We use email, in-app messages, and permission-based push notifications for accounts, bookings, payments, safety, and support. You can change notification permissions in your device or browser and manage supported preferences in Texturr. Optional marketing emails provide an unsubscribe method. If SMS is offered, use follows the consent and disclosures for that program; a phone number alone does not establish automated marketing consent. Use the stated opt-out method or contact Help to revoke consent. We may retain consent and opt-out records to honor your choices. Marketing opt-out does not prevent necessary service communications through lawful channels.
Your choices and privacy rights. Update supported account and profile information in Settings. You can request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of personal information through Help. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a request decision, opt out of certain uses, or complain to a privacy regulator. California and other state privacy rights apply where their legal requirements are met; Georgia governing-law terms do not remove mandatory protections. We verify identity and authority before releasing or changing protected records and do not deny legally protected rights merely because you exercise them. An authorized representative may contact us where applicable law permits. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
Account deletion. Request deletion through Settings → Account or the instructions at Delete Account. Older app versions may show the control under Privacy + Payments. You can also request assistance through Help or the website’s support options without reinstalling the app. Texturr verifies and processes the request; selecting the request button does not immediately erase everything. We remove or de-identify account information no longer needed, address associated files and authentication access, and handle relevant payment-account links through the applicable processor workflow. Outstanding bookings, refunds, disputes, or balances may require limited further handling. We will explain relevant delays and help you follow up.
Retention. We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the account, fulfilling bookings, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and meeting tax, accounting, and other legal requirements. Completed transaction records and necessary payment, consent, safety, and audit records may remain after account deletion. Some review, communication, or booking records may remain where needed for another user’s legitimate records, a dispute, or another lawful purpose; identifying details are removed or reduced where appropriate. Restricted backups may persist until their normal replacement cycle. Deletion does not immediately remove copies others received or public search caches. We do not treat indefinite storage of unrelated personal information as necessary merely because a payment issue remains.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and secure transmission, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Report suspected account or data-security problems through Help. We handle security incidents and provide legally required notices under applicable law.
Children. Texturr is not directed to children under 13. Under-13 users cannot create accounts or book. Users aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian’s permission to book and lawful permission to use the payment method. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 supplied personal information so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Pros must be adults able to enter the applicable agreements.
International processing. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where international privacy law applies, we use the protections and transfer measures it requires. Where European or UK data-protection law applies, processing depends on the relevant purpose and legal basis, such as performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests subject to your rights, or consent. You retain applicable access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, withdrawal, and regulatory-complaint rights. A reference to these rights does not mean Texturr offers every service in every country.
Changes and contact. We may update this Policy and identify the new version date. We provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required for material changes. The version accepted through the signup flow is recorded with your account. For privacy requests, appeals, questions, or account-deletion assistance, contact us through in-app Help or the support options at texturr.app.
